Whiting Hebert-Miner Hackle Full Cape - Dark Brown Dun - Silver Grade

Natural color dry fly hackle with a size range of 8 to 20 on the capes and 10 to 14 on the saddles. Great hackle if you are wanting to tie the most natural looking flies.

Best for flies sz 12 - 18. These Hebert Miner wet fly hackles are sparse, supple, and undulating. When wrapped as a collar these little hackle barbs creep and crawl moving with the slightest twitch. These capes have even been labeled still water delight. Whiting goes as far to even note that these little hackles tend to capture little bubbles, and if you know your entomology you already know emerging insects rise to the surface film using bubbles very similar to whats being described.
