Is this a good replacement for my broken LP 120 X stylus? : r/turntables

Recently moved and now my AT-LP120XBT keep skipping, even after rebalancing the tonearm and setting the anti-skate. Just saw my needle like this (skewed?). Could that be the cause of the problem?
